James P. Sturrus

James Peter Sturrus, age 66, went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Monday December 11, 2017. James is survived by his wife, Patricia; his children, Amber Hoover (Clint), James Peter Sturrus II (Dana), and Amy Watson (Jared); grandchildren Carter, Alex, and Everly; his mother Barbara Sturrus and his siblings Charlene Zerrenner (James), Thomas Sturrus (Teresa), and Sharon Anderson (David), as well as many nieces and nephews and countless loved ones. He was preceded in death by his father Peter Sturrus, and his nephew Daane Adam DeBoer. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 16 at 11:00 a.m. at Redeemer Presbyterian Church, 8605 Fulton St SE Ada, Michigan 49301. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in his name to Exalta Health Clinic, 2060 Division Ave, S. Grand Rapids, Michigan 49507.
