James Robert “Jimbo” Bane, age 60, passed away at his residence on May 9, 2017. He was born in Gary, Indiana on August 8, 1955, son of the late Robert L. and Adaline (nee: Lowe) Bane. Jimbo was employed with Jacobsen Mfg. until they relocated.

Survivors include his two sisters, Claudia Bane and Catherine Prochaska; brother, Frederick Bane; nephews, Robert J. Bane and Paul A. Bane, all of Racine; great niece, Gianna Bane of Kenosha; other relatives and many friends. In addition to his parents, Jimbo was also preceded in death by his brother, William Bane.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, May 17, 2017, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with a memorial service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Private interment will be held at Graceland Cemetery. Memorials to the family have been suggested.
