Jacqueline Jean Haner-Baker, of Kalamazoo, MI on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the age of 79 Jacqueline went home. Jacqueline was born January 17, 1937 in Grandville, MI to the late Robert and Nell (Belstra) Zuller. She was united in marriage to David Haner who preceded her in death in 1995. She loved spending time with her cherished family, precious pets and her dear friends. She lived a full life by enjoying bowling, golfing, music, dancing, crocheting, knitting, reading and later in life found great fun in bargain shopping at consignment shops. Nothing gave her more joy than being with family and friends, where she was a child at heart, full of life and always giving of herself. Jacqueline is survived by her loving daughter, Danielle (Troy) Lucas; 6 grandchildren, Daryl Haner, Bryan (Hillary) Haner, Jasmine (Ben) Babcock, Chelsea Maxam, Cody Maxam and Ty Lucas; 3 great grandchildren, Emma Jo, Madeline Ann and baby Lucas; and daughter-in-law, Barb Haner, all brought her such joy. Jacqueline was also preceded in death by her son, Dale R. Haner. Jacqueline was defined as the love core of the family who has left her print on the hearts of those she leaves behind. To celebrate Jacqueline's life, the family will greet friends on Tuesday, October 11th from 10-11 am at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Portage Chapel, 411 East Centre Ave., where a funeral service will follow at 11:00am. A private burial will be at Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park South. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Jacqueline's name may be directed to the SPCA of S.W. Michigan.
