Jack Longman

Jack Longman, age 77 passed away on September 5th in Dunedin, Florida after a lengthy illness surrounded by Hospice and significant other Nancy Davis. He is the 4th of 6 children of the late Vernon and Irene Longman of Climax. He graduated from Climax-Scotts High School as well as Western Michigan University. He spent his entire career at the Upjohn Company. After retirement he moved to Florida. He is survived by two sons, Mark (Sharon) of Portage and Bret (Carly) of Chicago, three grandchildren, Max, Molly and Jake, three sisters Audrey Roe, Elaine Lynn and Mary Jo Twigg, several nieces and nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by a daughter Michelle and brothers Dick and John. He was an avid bridge player, loved classical music and was known by his wonderful sense of humor. He made everything fun.
