Holly Weatherwax

The amazing, beautiful, and complicated earthly life of Holly Weatherwax began August 16, 1985. Her mama, Pat, and her daddy, Sterling and her sister, Katie, knew pretty much right away they were in for an incredible ride. It was awesome and fun and sweet, except when it wasn't. Along the way Holly met lots of different people and most found her heart to be huge and open. The best parts, especially lately, were spent with her partner in love and life, Ray Crawford. They were engaged on Christmas Day, 2018, and lived in the greater Grand Rapids area with their dog Rex, and many aquariums of other living things. Holly's default mode was to love. She loved her big biological family, her nephew, Jude, her 12-step family and sponsor, Ray's family in England, her Michigan Pilgrimage family, and her Bridge to Recovery church, a part of EverGreen Ministries in Hudsonville. She was in love with a big God who welcomed her into her next life on Sunday April 7th. A celebration of Holly's life will take place on Saturday, April 13, at 11:00 A.M. at EverGreen Ministries, 4512 48th Ave. Hudsonville, MI, 49426. Visitation will be held at EverGreen Ministries on Friday, April 12, from 5 to 8 P.M. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bridge to Recovery, care of EverGreen Ministries.
