Herman Fontana

Herman Fontana (Jay) Age 56 of Otsego, MI passed away October 1st after a tough battle with Multiple Myeloma. Herman was born on July 3rd 1963 in Chicago, Il. He was a self employed mechanic that would work on anything with a motor. He will be remembered as the guy who could fix anything. When he was not fixing something he would enjoy time out on the golf course, building models and traveling. Herman was an Assistant Scout Master of Boy Scout Troop 98 in Otsego, he was a great mentor and friend to many and loved to camp with the troop. He is survived by his wife Cassie Fontana (Chase), close family and great friends. An informal gathering will be held at the Fraternal Order of Eagles, 110 Chestnut St. Allegan, MI Sunday, October 6th, 12:30PM In lieu of flowers, tune up your car and check your oil, he would have wanted that.
