Helen Czarnecki, age 94, passed away Wednesday, March 09, 2016 at Ridgewood Care Center. Helen was born in Racine, July 8, 1921, daughter of the late Peter and Anna (Nee: Nielsen) Hansen.
She was united in marriage to Casimir J. Czarnecki who preceded her in death, September 25, 1992. She devoted her life to her family and cherished time spent with them.
She will be dearly missed by her sons, Donald Czarnecki, Thomas (Maxine) Czarnecki, all of Racine, Steven Czarnecki of Burlington; daughters, Helen Vique of Fernandina Beach, FL, Kathryn (Kevin) Dehlin of Palos Heights, IL; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her sons, Stanley, David; brothers, Howard (Rose) Hansen, Jack (Joan) Hansen.
Private services will be held with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. Memorials to the Salvation Army have been suggested.
