Hazel Blauwkamp

Hazel Blauwkamp, 94, was welcomed into the arms of Jesus on Sunday evening, March 27. She was born September 1921. She was a member of Beechwood Reformed Church and lived at Royal Park Place for the last 18 years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Andrew in January, 1998. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters in law, Ed & Della Kamphuis and Henry and Ann Kamphuis and sister and brother in law Louie and Geneva Bell as well as well as brothers and sisters in law, Al & Sadie Blauwkamp, Ralph & Judy Blauwkamp, Harry & Jennie Blauwkamp and sister and brothers in law John & Elsie Vander Wilk and Jim Bultman. She is survived by two sisters in law, Hattie Bultman of Borculo and Geraldine Gumser of Seattle. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews including Phyllis King, Roger Kamphuis and Jim and Beverly Langerak, also special friends Ron & Elinor Koetsier.

Funeral services will be 11 am Wednesday at the Dykstra Funeral Home-Northwood Chapel, 295 Douglas Avenue, with the Rev. Dawn Vagle officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrim Home Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service on Wednesday at the chapel.

Memorial contributions may be given to Hospice of Holland.
