George "Pete" Dibble

Dibble, George J. "Pete" Three Rivers Age 73, went to be with his Lord on Thursday, January 19, 2017. Pete was born in Schoolcraft on April 29, 1943 to the late Wesley and Sarah Dibble. He was a Registered Nurse and retired from Borgess Medical Center after 38 years of employment. Pete also enjoyed being an amateur radio operator and worked as a search and rescue diver for Barry and Kalamazoo Counties. He was an avid gun rights supporter, fisherman and was always up-to-date on technology. On July 28, 1973 he married the love of his life, Virginia, who preceded him in death on August 27, 2014. He was also preceded in death by his son, Keith Mason; daughter in-law, Lisa Hutchen and grandsons, Brad and John Mason. Pete is survived by his children, Roger Mason, Deborah Garza, Christine (Jay) Miller and Regina Kiefer; five grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and extended family. In accordance with his wishes cremation will take place and no services are scheduled at this time.
