Evelyn Taylor

Taylor, Evelyn J. of Kalamazoo Evelyn passed away peacefully on Wednesday morning, December 14, 2016 at her home. She was born on May 16, 1947 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of the late George L. and Genevieve (Demereck) Davis. Surviving are three children: John (Karen) Manning, Terry (Laura) Strong Jr, Nkenge Carver, six grandchildren: Merissa Strong, Austin Strong, Marquan Jennings, Quantre Jennings, Carver Fernandez-Diaz, and Oliva Taylor Yando; and step-daughter: Angela Taylor. Preceding her in death were her parents; son: Dwayne Taylor; and husband: Donald W. Taylor. Honoring her wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no public visitation or service.
