Age 91, died May 15, 2016 at her home. She was born April 19, 1925 in Sople, Poland, the daughter of Stefen and Mary Frankowska. She was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church and life members of the Decatur VFW Auxiliary and McGowan – Johnson American Legion Auxiliary. Eva was preceded in death by her husbands: Gerald Underkircher and Reinhold Schendel. Surviving are 2 children: Thomas (Joan) Underkircher and Tamara Underkircher; granddaughter, Katie Boone and 2 great-grandsons. Visit with family and friends on Thursday (May 19) from 5-7pm at the Life Story Funeral Home, Betzler & Thompson –Paw Paw, 60900 M-40 (269) 657-3870. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday (May 20) 10am at St. Mary’s Catholic Church with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery.
