Eric Gladysz

Eric David Gladysz, age 52, of Gobles, passed away at home with his family at his side Saturday, June 18, 2016. He was born September 21, 1963, in Allegan to Ann (Ledesky) Gladysz and the late Arthur Gladysz. He is survived by his two sons, Joe (Emaleigh) Gladysz and Dylan Gladysz, mother, Ann Gladysz, significant other and loving caretaker, Cathleen McInnis (Thayer), granddaughter, Harley, one brother, Paul (Sara) Gladysz, one sister, Bonnie (Gerald) Bass, four nephews, Ben, Jake, Jordan and Josh. Eric was preceded in death by his father, Arthur, his brother, Joseph and his former wife, Maryann Filip. Eric worked for 22 years as a machine builder in Holland, MI. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting fishing and going on motorcycle rides. He had a talent for repairing things and getting just about anything broken to work again. Above all, Eric was a caring and loving man and enjoyed spending time with his friends and family. Family and friends are invited to visit Friday, June 24, 2016 from 6-8 p.m. at the Adams Funeral Home, 502 W., Michigan Ave., Paw Paw. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 25, at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home with Fr. Joseph Xavier officiating. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Paw Paw.
