Infant Elijah Douglas JayGordon Preston went to be with Jesus in his heavenly home, on Tuesday, September 8, 2015 at 1:15PM in Three Rivers Hospital, Three Rivers Michigan.

Elijah is the son of Michael Shuman and Cheyenne Preston of White Pigeon, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents Ronda Armstrong (Forysth), Marcellus, MI, Doug & Carol Shuman (Guilkey) Three Rivers, MI, and Stan & Tammy Losik (Oberlander), Constantine MI. He is survived by his parents, Mike Shuman and Cheyenne Preston, White Pigeon, MI, Grandparents Steven & Shari Preston (Romanski), Chicago, IL, Jamie & Lisa Meyer (Hammond) White Pigeon, MI, Patrick & Alice Shuman (Oberlander) White Pigeon, MI, Great Grandparents John & Bonnie Preston (Stafford) Kalamazoo, MI, William Hammond, Three Rivers, MI and Robert Armstrong Sr., Marcellus, MI. Great Great Grandparents Mildred Brown (Forysth), Joe Armstrong, Marcellus, MI, Barb Oberlander, Three Rivers, MI, many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A memorial service will be held Friday, September 11, 2015 at 11:00AM, Vicksburg Cemetery, West “W” Avenue, Vicksburg Michigan 49097. Pastor David Thompson from Texas Corners Bible Church will officiate the ceremony. All are welcome to attend and celebrate for Elijah. In lieu of flowers donations can be given to Steven or Bonnie Preston to help with funeral expenses.
