Eileen Margaret Cook, age 88, passed away Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Ridgewood Care Center. She was born in Milwaukee, WI, April 30, 1927, daughter of the late Ervin and Irma (Nee:Pickel) Noeske.

On September 9, 1950 she was united in marriage to David P. Cook Sr. who preceded her in death August 5, 2003. To this marriage was born a son, Robert C. “Bob” Cook who passed away April 25, 2010. Eileen was employed as an X Ray Technician for Dr. Christensen for 20 years, retiring in 1986. She was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church having served as president of the Women’s Organization for 2 terms, the Stewardship Committee for 2 terms and as a volunteer of the Neighborhood Center for 15 years. Eileen was an avid bridge player who loved to read mysteries and do crossword puzzles. She will be dearly missed.

Surviving are her grandson, Christopher R. Cook of West Bend; stepson, David (Sue) Cook of Racine; grandchildren, Stephen Cook, Jennifer (Michael) Qualley; great grandchildren, Hannah and Maxwell Cook, Katherine, Jackson, and James Qualley; her brother, Charles (Donna) Noeske of Cedarburg; nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home, Saturday, April 9, 2016, 11:00 A.M. with Reverend John Bischoff officiating. Private interment will be held at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet at the funeral home on Saturday 10:00 A.M. until time of service. Memorials to St. Paul Lutheran Church, the American Heart Assn, the American Diabetes Assn or Society’s Assets have been suggested.
