Ed Majdan

Ed Majdan, age 93, of Kalamazoo died on Friday, July 3, 2015. He was born on December 12, 1921 in Kalamazoo and has lived his entire life in the area. He served in the United States Navy during World War II and retired from Burroughs Manufacturing. On December 31, 1972 he married Isabelle Cavenaugh and she preceded him in death in 2004. Members of his family include his brother: Richard (Carolyn) Tyburski, his 4 children: Jacquelyn Matico, Richard (Kathy) Majdan, Barb (Mike) Armstrong, Michael (Denise) Majdan, 10 Grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Besides his wife Isabelle, he was preceded in death by his brother Eugene and a sister Valaria Strong. A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date.
