Dorothy Shreve

Dororthy M. Shreve, aged 88 of Grand Rapids, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, May 6, 2015 at the Christian Rest Home. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Edward Shreve, on April 16, 2015. Dorothy is survived by her children, Mark and Barbara Shreve, Paul and Gina Shreve, Debra and Ron Rienstra; her grandchildren, Alan Shreve, Lauren Shreve, David Shreve, Stephanie Shreve, Miriam Rienstra, Jacob Rienstra, Philip Rienstra; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Dorothy was deeply loved by her family and her many, many friends, who will all miss her wit, kindness, and laughter. She was a faithful member of Westend Christian Reformed Church, 1015 Westend Ave. NW, where the service to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, May 11, at 11:00 AM. Relatives and friends may meet her family on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home, 2120 Lake Michigan Dr. NW, and again at the church on Monday from 10:00 AM until the service begins at 11:00 AM.
