Donna Haymans

Donna F. Haymans (nee Houghtby), 84, of Avon Lake, OH, passed away February 24, 2017. She was born November 18, 1932 in Sandwich, IL, and resided at Lake Doster in Plainwell for 35 years before moving to Ohio 10 years ago. She had a Bachelor's Degree in Music from Kalamazoo College and she taught music there. She was also a church organist and choir director for many years in the Kalamazoo area. She is survived by; her husband, Robert Lee Haymans; a daughter, Lynda Fetchet of Columbia Station, OH; a son Robert Scott Haymans of Parma, OH; a sister, Carol Cox (Casey) of Olympia, WA; and by five grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Saturday March 4, 2017 at 2PM in Grace Hall at Main Street Care Center, 500 Community Drive, Avon Lake. Memorial contributions are suggested to Crossroads Hospice Gift of a Day Program. Liston Funeral Home, North Ridgeville, OH is serving the family.
