Donna Brewer

Brewer, Donna Glen Kalamazoo Passed away on Friday, July 15, 2016 at the age of 90. Donna was born in Kalamazoo on April 30, 1926, the daughter of the late Walter and Emma (Harvey) Senholtz. She was a graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School. She retired from Upjohn, after 20 years of service. She enjoyed sewing and camping, but most of all loved to spend time with her family. She is survived by her loving husband of 70 years, Arthur Brewer; one daughter, Gayle (Bob) Kiewiet and one son, Jack Brewer; one granddaughter, Karen (Cary) Christopher; and one great-granddaughter, Lilith Christopher. She was preceded in death by one sister, Irene Schlaack and two brothers, Kenneth and Merle Senholtz. Friends may visit with the family from 12 p.m. 1 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19th at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th St., with the funeral service to follow at 1 p.m. Pastor Kim Sandelin will officiate with interment in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park, South. Memorial contributions may be given to the Kalamazoo Gospel Mission or Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan.
