Donald Kramer

Donald B. Kramer, age 59, of Portage, MI passed away Friday, November 26, 2016 at his home. Don was born December 19, 1956, the son of Catherine and Cornelius Kramer. He was employed by Graphic Packaging (Michigan Paperboard). Don loved animals, and had a passion for computers and photography. Surviving are his siblings, Katherine McLain, Jack (Joyce) Kramer and Eugene Kramer; sister in-law, Beverly Kramer and a niece and nephew. Don was preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Adrian Kramer and Cornelia (Clarence) Linn; brother in-law, Bruce McLain and nephew, Douglas Kramer. The family wishes to give special thanks to Don's friend, Sue Love of Bellevue for her caring nature and true friendship. Don served his country honorably in the U.S. Army and a committal service with military honors will be held at Ft. Custer National Cemetery on Tuesday, December 6, 2016 at 1:00 PM (those planning to attend should meet in the funeral assembly area at the entrance of the cemetery by 12:45 PM). Memorial contributions may be given to an animal shelter or other charity of your choice.
