Post, Debra K. 5/19/1985 - 12/28/2016 Gobles Passed away suddenly December 28, 2016 at her home. Debra was born May 19, 1985 in Kalamazoo, the daughter of Patricia and John Post and had lived in Allegan before moving to Gobles two years ago. Debra was a member of Journey Family Church and loved talking to people about God. Debra's focus in life revolved around her ministry through her own recovery. She was a member of the church technology team. She also loved fishing and actually enjoyed "worming" more than fishing. She played pool and had won the APA MVP award. One of her proudest accomplishments was on December 7th when she marked her five-years clean of a meth addiction. Surviving are her parents, Patricia Post, John (Elena) Post; siblings, Jonathan Post, Tristan Hall, Emma Post, Mack Post; grandparents, grandma "Sunshine," Janet and Tony Julien, Janice Blanchard, Jim and Gayle Post, and Mary Hall; a special sister, Dorothy Hammond; and many many friends. She was preceded in death by a grandfather, John Hall. The family will meet friends on Monday from 11 AM until time of funeral services at 1 PM, Pastor Gary Napp officiating, at the Gobles Chapel, D.L. Miller Funeral Home, www.dlmillerfuneralhome.com. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to the Journey Family Church Building Fund.
