Debra Pedrolini

Pedrolini, Debra 6/28/1959 - 10/30/2020 Portage, Michigan Age 61, passed away at home on Friday, October 30, 2020. Debra was born in New Britain, Connecticut on June 28, 1959, the eldest daughter of William and Catherine (Gabes) Robertson. Debbie was a caregiver, often prioritizing others over herself. First, when she cared for her brother Johnny who was born with a disability, and later when she made it her career. She worked in a group home, at elementary schools, and most recently as a home health aide. Her love, compassion, kindness and acceptance of others made her great at this work, and also a wonderful wife, mother, and friend. Deb was always positive, fun and loved life! She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Johnny Robertson. She will be dearly missed by all that survive, especially her husband of 32 years, Gary Pedrolini, their children, Kayla Pedrolini; Rosalea(Peter) Mann and Giavonni Pedrolini; her beloved grandchildren, Wilson and Ruth Mann, as well as her siblings, William Robertson, Sheri (David) Taber, many in-laws, cousins, nieces, nephews and other extended family. In accordance with her wishes, cremation will take place and a memorial service in her honor will be held on Tuesday, November 10th at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church located at 1150 West Centre Avenue in Portage, Michigan. Those attending are asked to wear a face covering and socially distance. In honor of her love of helping others and in lieu of flowers, the family has asked the Memorial Contributions be made to AACORN Farm (aacornfarm.org), care of the funeral home.
