David F. Tindle of Kalamazoo, MI passed away on Saturday October 14, 2017 at the age of 56. He was born on July 31, 1961 in Gary, Indiana a son of Phil and Helen (Hall) Tindle. David considered Agape Christian Church his spiritual home. He was an avid outdoorsman and especially enjoyed camping, fishing and riding his motorcycle. His wife was his best friend and partner for nearly 30 years. He worked within the local corrugated box industry as well as on small engines and cars. He was an ardent dog lover who will always be remembered for his pride in his manicured lawn. He will be remembered as everyone's fastest friend and for his genuine kindness. Lastly, he loved his family more than life itself. David was preceded in death by both of his parents. On April 27, 1988 David married the former Pauline E. Deweese who survives. Also surviving are three children, Robert Gibson, David Wayne Tindle and step-daughter, Kristina (Jeff) Grey; an "adopted" grandson, Trey Younger; three siblings, Barbara James, Robert (Jeanie) Tindle and Wanda (Loyal) Perry; in-laws, Bernie and Carrol Deweese; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 19th from 11am to 1pm and from 6 to 8pm at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick Street where services will be held at 11am on Friday, October 20th. Burial in Mt. Ever-Rest Memorial Park, South will follow the service. Memorials may be directed to Villalobos Rescue Center (Animal Planet's Pit Bulls & Parolees).
