David Marvin Dykema, age 71 of Grand Rapids, passed away August 19, 2015. He is survived by his wife, Ann; children Kim Dykema, Brian & Gayle Dykema, Greg & Sara Dykema; grandchildren Olivia, Ireland, Genevieve, Christian and Tennyson; brother Larry Dykema; brother-in-law Len (Tina) Doorn. Dave was preceded in death by his brother Phillip Dykema. His funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 22 at 2 PM at Heritage Life Story Funeral Home - Van Strien Creston Chapel, 1833 Plainfield NE with Dr. Joel Beeke officiating. Interment in Fairplains Cemetery. Friends may visit with his family at the funeral home on Friday from 6-9 PM and on Saturday from 1 until 2 PM.
