Miller, Daniel J 11/16/1979 - 7/13/2022 Redmond WA (formerly of Paw Paw) Daniel J. Miller, 42, of Redmond WA (formerly of Paw Paw) died at home on July 13, 2022, after a courageous battle with brain cancer. Dan was born November 16, 1979, in Paw Paw, MI. He graduated from Paw Paw High School and received a BS and MS in computer science from the University of Michigan. He worked for Amazon on the team that created the Amazon Echo. He was preceded in death by his grand parents, Don and Ruth Miller and Carlyle Wassman. He is survived by his wife, Ashley Chen and daughters, Jocelyn and Lucy Miller; his parents, Sue and Jerry Miller; sister, Emily (Dave) Lund; grandmother, Betty Wassman, and several aunts, uncles and cousins. There will be no memorial service at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the National Brain Tumor Society, 55 Chapel St, Suite 006, Newton MA 02458 or Eleanor's Pantry, 221 Drew St, Paw Paw MI 49079 Dan was a loving, caring man who will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
