Daniel Thomas "Dan" Head age 48 at his passing on Friday November 16th, 2018 will be lovingly missed. Proceeded in death by his sister April Head. Dan is survived by his parents Philip and Linda Head, his five children Troy Kannegieter, Dj Head, Brittany Head, Gabby & Logan Tarantino and Madison Head, his grandchildren Liam, Sophia, Silas and Ameiliana, his siblings Michelle & Henry Zuydwegt, Cindy & Michael King, Patricia VanBruggen, Michael Head, Christopher & Tiffany Head, Cheryle Head and Beth Klinger.
