Dale Lemley

Dale Raymond Lemley, 78 went to be with the Lord on April 6, 2019 in Kalamazoo, Michigan after an extended illness. He was born to Kenneth and Arbia Lemley in Lodi, Ohio on August 1, 1940. He graduated from Northwestern High School in 1958. He worked at International Paper and J.M. Smuckers before moving to Michigan in 1977. He married the love of his life Sandy Hoffman September 6, 1964. Dale drove truck for 43 years, was a dispatcher, and CDL Examiner for the State of Michigan. He worked for Georgia Pacific and Eaton Corporation. Dale also spent time in The Army Reserves in Wooster, Ohio. After retirement he and his wife spent summers in Michigan and winters in Florida. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He enjoyed boating, camping and spending time with family and friends. Dale is survived by his loving wife of 54 years; two daughters, Kathy Lemley and Karen Rees; three grandchildren, Caitlin Lemley, Dylan Rees, and Cortny Lemley; two great grandchildren, Kamilah Gibson and Jaxon Hurd; sister-in-law, Cuddles Brown (Dewey) and a brother-in-law Randy Hoffman.
