Age 81, passed away May 22, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her family.
Mrs. Seavolt was born September 22, 1932 in Lansing, a daughter of Fred and Ruth (Blakslee) Shuert. Connie was preceded in death by her daughter, Rhonda and her baby girl Michael; and her sister, Becky Shuert. Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Jerald; daughter, Cheryl Lynn Harrington of DeWitt; son, Brian Seavolt of Delton; 7 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sisters, Joanne (Raymond) McDaniels of Lake Odessa, Patsy (Pat) Cole of Lake Odessa, Sandra (John) Widgery of Tiger, GA; brothers, Fred (Joyce) Shuert, Jr. of Lake Odessa, Ron (Mae) Shuert of Mt. Pleasant, Bill (Jeanine) Shuert of Hudson, FL, Des (Mary) Shuert of Caledonia, Randy (Dodie) Shuert of Sarasota, FL; numerous nieces and nephews.
Services 11 A.M. Tuesday, May 27, 2014, at Barker-Leik Funeral Home, Mulliken, with Pastor Lori O'Dea officiating.
Interment will be in Meadowbrook Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Monday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Clinton County R.E.S.A. (Educational Center).
