Cheryl Sweet

Cheryl (Holman) Sweet, age 56, of Empire MI, passed away unexpectedly Friday, May 11, 2017. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI and attended East Grand Rapids High School. She is lovingly remembered by her daughter Sara Sweet, her grandchildren Marley and Orion, and her long time partner Jack Gardner, as well as her sister Karin (Greg) McAleenan, brother Mark Holman, mother Shirley Holman and father Gary Holman. Cheryl loved the beautiful north country, her cats, gardening, cooking and spending time with her grand children. A memorial service will take place at 11:00AM on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at Empire United Methodist Church (10050 W. Michigan St, Empire, MI 49630).
