Vestal, Charles M. Charles M. Vestal, 95, passed away peacefully in Englewood, Florida, on March 18, 2019. He was born January 11, 1924 in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was preceded in death by his parents; 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Surviving are two brothers, Harry and Paul; son, Craig (Connie); one granddaughter, Carrie; and two great-grandchildren, August and Maggie.
