Carol Richards

Age 81, passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Carol was born in Pontiac, Michigan on November 24, 1936, the daughter of the late Josephus and Lola (Collins) Bicknell. On November 2, 1956, she married Carl H. Richards who preceded her in death on September 26, 2014. Carol was also preceded in death by her daughter, Pamela Horbatiuk and sisters, Virgie Ann King, Patricia Evenson, Denise Davenport and Sharon Bicknell. Carol cherished her relationship with the Lord and loved putting her family at the center of her life. She was an avid reader. Carol is survived by her daughters, Rhonda (Jim) Dennis, Theresa (Steve) Bannister, Jennifer (Tim) Harmon, Paula (Richard) Bigger, Mary (Mark) VanderSchuur and Amanda (John) Bliss; 19 grandchildren and 37 great-grandchildren. A private committal service will take place at Ft. Custer National Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband, Carl.
