Carol Nezamis

Age 76, passed away at Rose Arbor Hospice Residence on April 5, 2017. Carol was born in Kalamazoo on November 25, 1940; the daughter of the late Asa James and Lucile (Courtney) Loudon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Nezamis and granddaughter, Janisha Regner. Carol spent all of her life in southwest Michigan. She was an avid reader and loved books. Carol worked as a public librarian in Delton for many years. She is survived by two sons, Jim (June) Nezamis and Aaron (Lisa) Nezamis; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and a sister, Patricia Howard. In accordance with her wishes cremation will take place and she will be laid to rest with her husband at Ft. Custer National Cemetery on Friday, April 14, 2017, at 10:30 AM (please gather at the funeral assembly area by 10:15 AM). Memorial contributions may be made to Lawrence Schools, c/o the funeral home.
