Carol E. Howard, age 76, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017 surrounded by her family at Lake Shore Manor. She was born in Eau Claire, WI, March 4, 1941 daughter of the late Arnold and Mabel (Nee; Dodd) Behlke.

Carol was a graduate of Fall Creek High School. On April 16, 1960, she was united in marriage to Victor Howard. She was a longtime member of Atonement Lutheran Church, presently known as Living Faith Church. Her hobbies varied from square dancing, crocheting, collecting cookbooks and ceramics. She was always willing to lend a helping hand and was loved dearly and will be sadly missed.

Surviving are her husband of 57 years, Victor; son Scott (Karen) Howard; daughter, Debra Howard; grandchildren, Amelia (Tim) Scheidell, Larissa Allison; 2 great grandchildren, April Rose and Eve Alexandria; sister, Brenda Cremer; brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to her parent’s she also was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Kevin and her sister Elaine Brown.

A Memorial Service will be held Friday, April 21, 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Warren Williams officiating. Relatives and friends are welcome to meet with the family for Visitation on Friday at 10:00 until time of service at the funeral home. Private interment will be held at West Lawn Memorial Park. Memorials to Living Faith Church have been suggested by the family.
