Bruce Bushouse

Bruce A. Bushouse, of Kalamazoo, MI passed away Sunday August 14, 2016. Bruce was born in Kalamazoo the son of Alvin and Patricia (Sweeney) Bushouse and had been a lifelong resident in the Kalamazoo area. Prior to his retirement he was employed for 27 years with Pfizer. Bruce enjoyed being an assistant tennis coach at Parchment High School, but especially loved spending time and doing activities with his daughters. On September 14, 1973 Bruce was united in marriage to his loving wife Kathy, who survives. Also surviving are his daughters, Jennie Bushouse, Caitlin Bushouse and fiance Christopher Hirsch; his brother, Dean (Jackie) Bushouse; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be held at 3:00pm Thursday, August 18 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Memorial Chapel, 622 S. Burdick. Friends may meet the family Thursday from 2-3pm prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Residential Opportunities Inc.
