Betty Blue

Passed away Wednesday morning, May 29, 2019. Betty was born September 3, 1922 in Kalamazoo the daughter of the late Glen and Catherine (Gray) Henry. She was employed for several years as a bookkeeper with the Kalamazoo Glass Company. Betty was a lifelong member of North Park Reformed Church and enjoyed traveling and gardening. On July 11, 1942 she was united in marriage to Donald Blue who preceded her in death in 1972. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Lester Henry. Betty is survived by her sons, Richard Blue and Ronald Blue; a grandson, Ryan (Kylee) Blue; her sister, Dorothy Reagan; and several nephews. Friends may meet the family from 3:00-5:00pm on Sunday, June 2 at the Langeland Family Funeral Homes Burial & Cremation Services, 622 S. Burdick, Kalamazoo, MI 49007. A graveside service will be held at 11:00am Monday, June 3 at Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to North Park Reformed Church.
