Betsy Linville

Passed away Sunday, July 1, 2018 at Bronson Methodist Hospital. Betsy was born October 1, 1942 in Flint, the daughter of the late John and Ernestine Ross and had lived in the Gobles and Allegan areas for the majority of her life. Betsy was a truly kind-hearted and loving woman and cherished time spent with her family. She also enjoyed cross-stitch, drawing and music. Surviving are her husband of 36 years, Alfred "Skip"; 5 children, Sheryl (John) Zaczek, John Plews, Kathy (Amber) Fairbotham, Douglas Linville, Roger (Debbie) Linville; many grandchildren and great grandchildren; a sister, Carolyn Porter; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Victoria Ross; daughter-in-law, Tammi Jo Plews; and a brother-in-law, Dick Porter. The family will meet friends on Sunday, July 15th from 3PM until time of funeral services at 5PM at the Gobles Chapel, D. L. Miller Funeral Home, www.dlmillerfuneralhome.com. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family to assist with funeral expenses or to either Harvest Christian Fellowship, Hamilton or Teen Challenge.
