Barbara J. Orlebeke, aged 88, of Grand Rapids, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2016. She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Clifton; children, Kathy Orlebeke, Tim (Erin) Orlebeke, Sue Berghoef, and Rebecca (Greg) Dekker; grandchildren, Kacie Berghoef, David Berghoef, Andrew Orlebeke, Jacob Dekker, Ben Orlebeke, Eric Dekker, and Lucas and Jacob Orlebeke. Also surviving is her sister, Lois Evans; brother-in-law, Chuck (Faith) Orlebeke; and many nieces and nephews. Barbara was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and was a longtime member of LaGrave Ave. CRC. A Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM on Saturday, March 12, 2016 in the Chapel of Clark Home, 1551 Franklin St. SE. A gathering of friends and family will take place from 6-8 PM on Friday in the Parlor Room at Clark Home. Contributions in her memory may be made to Alzheimer’s Association.
