Barbara Lee Canda

Mrs. Barbara Lee Canda, aged 84, of Cannonsburg passed away on March 12, 2016. She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Jim; children, Christine (Joel) Kuipers, Leslie (Dennis) Chase, Anthony (Laurie) Canda, Timothy Canda, Thomas (Holly) Canda, and Jamie (Steve) Vachon; grandchildren, Amber (Ben), Tara (Sean), Karly, David (Sue), Kelly (Andrew), Anthony (Nicole) Patty, Jimi, Amy, Emily, Kelly (John), Justin (Kathy), Samara (Scott), Samuel, Skylar, Andrew (Kyleigh), Sydney, Taylor, and Jack; great-grandchildren, Tena, Tegan, Zeke, Lexie, Emma, Joey, Coral, Sage, Hudson, Johnny, Jacob, Julianna, Liam, and Charlotte; brother, William (Doris) Berrevoets; sister-in-law, Jean Duda; and several nieces and nephews. Barbara enjoyed camping, cane pole fishing, preparing big meals for her family every Sunday and being a regular spectator at all the grandchildren’s extracurricular activities. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM on Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at St. Patrick of Parnell Catholic Church, 4351 Parnell NE. Friends are invited to visit with her family on Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM, with a Rosary at 7:30 PM, at Heritage Life Story Funeral Homes, 1833 Plainfield NE.
