Barb passed away on Saturday morning, February 17, 2018 at Espanola House in Parchment. She was born on May 13, 1934 in Willmar, MN, the daughter of the late William and Minnie (Paape) Bluhm. Barb grew up in Redwood Falls, MN and graduated from Redwood Falls High School. On June 16, 1956, she was united in marriage to Paul T. Henry. Barb was an active member of Oshtemo United Methodist Church (formerly Oakwood UMC) for many years where she volunteered in many church activities, including church dinners, choir and preparing the church newsletter, to just name a few. She loved spending time with her family and vacationing at Lake Florida Resort in Spicer, MN. She was a very involved grandparent who would attend any of her grandchildren's events, rain or shine. Surviving are her three children: Marc (Vicki) Henry of Mattawan, Jill Henry of Kalamazoo, and Richard Henry of Portage; three grandchildren: Angie (Bryan) Triemstra, Megan Hiscock and Katelyn Hiscock; and three great-grandchildren: Luke, Lexi and Zoey Triemstra. Preceding her in death were her husband of 52 years, Paul Henry and sister: Arlene Davidson. Friends may visit with Barb's family from 6-8 PM on Tuesday, Feb. 20, and from 12-1 PM on Wednesday, Feb. 21, at Langeland Family Funeral Homes, Westside Chapel, 3926 S. 9th Street, where services to celebrate Barb's life will be begin at 1:00 PM.
