West, Mr. Arthur H. Cape Coral, FL Died Wednesday morning January 25, 2017 in Fort Myers, Florida. Arthur is survived by his wife Phyllisan West; and three children, Roger West, Catherine Weekley, and William West. Graveside services will be held 1 o'clock Monday in Riverside Cemetery.
