Arthur Holtz

Arthur C "Art" Holtz, age 90, of Leesburg, FL went to be with the Lord on December 22, 2016. He was born August 29, 1926 in Michigan City, IN to Arthur and Mable Holtz. He was a resident of Kalamazoo, MI for more than 50 years. He was a member of Lutheran Church of the Savior before moving to Leesburg, FL. He was joined in marriage to Lorraine Klingbeil on July 12, 1947 who preceded him in death along with his parents, sister and one grandchild. He is survived by three children; Sherry (Larry) Grenoble of Portage, MI, Jim Holtz of Jones, MI and Kay (Duane) Haywood of New Port Richey, FL. He has eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Art was a World War II Veteran where he served proudly in the Army as a Military Policeman. After his return from the Army he went to work for KVP paper Mill and retired after 43 years. In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place. Interment at Mt. Ever-Rest park will take place at a later date.

A memorial service for Arthur C. "Art" Holtz will be held on Saturday, July 29 at 10:30 AM at Lighthouse Community Church 4321 11th Street.
