Born to Eternal Life Jan. 23, 2014, age 52 years. Son of the late Thomas Carlson and the late Connie (nee Fazio) Hamilton. Father of Connie Naczek. Grandfather of Alonzo and Carmelo Naczek. Brother of Kathy (Dale) Church. Loving nephew of Josephine Fazio, Salvatore (Judith) Fazio, James Fazio, and Janice (Stan) Kovaleski. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Private Family services have been held with interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
