Anna Marie Conner, age 37, of Louisville, KY formerly of Vicksburg, MI passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2020 at her home. She was born April 17, 1983 in Kalamazoo to Charles Crouch and Deborah (Pound) Dornbos. Anna graduated from Vicksburg High School in 2001. She went on to attend Calvin College and the University of Michigan. She worked as a medical researcher for U of M. On April 24, 2015, Anna married Harry Conner in Austin, TX. Anna enjoyed spending time with friends and family. She had a heart for helping others, especially the elderly. Anna had a deep love for animals, particularly kittens. Her cat, Frannie, was Anna's longtime companion and comfort. She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, step sister, step daughter, and wife. Those that knew her knew that she would do anything for anyone. She had a smile that was infectious. She loved spending time outdoors, hiking, and the beach. Anna was dedicated to improving the environment. She will be deeply missed by all. Anna is survived by her husband Harry Conner of Louisville, her parents, Deborah (Robert) Dornbos of Ludington and Charles Crouch of Kalamazoo, her siblings, Matthew (Kim) Crouch, Sarah Dornbos, Liz(Matt) Parke, Kate (Robin) Dornbos, her nieces, Leeah and Lily Crouch and many other aunts, uncles, and cousins. Anna was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Guy and Jean Pound, paternal grandparents Lucille and Buel Crouch, and cousins, Josh Pound and Kory Switzer. A private service was held and a celebration of life will be held at a later date, when it's safer to gather.
