André Lodoen

André Louise Lodoen, Age 69, of Kalamazoo died February 2, 2016 at Borgess Medical Center. Andre was born May 12, 1946 in La Crosse, WI, the daughter of Milton W. and Bonnie J. (Clark) Lodoen. A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, Feb. 6, 2016 at East Arlington Baptist Church, 40040 48th St. Lawrence MI 49064. She is survived by her children: Julia (Rob Davis) Bergenham and Erik (Katie Huff) Dumont. Other members of her family include her 10 grandchildren: Nicolina, Kelsey, Michael, Jacob, Chris, Annalin, Anders, Billy, Willow, Corrin, a great granddaughter, 6 brothers and sisters: Chris, Tim, John, Kari, Scott and Shalaine and many nieces and nephews. André enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and liked to cook, take long walks, crochet and knit. For several years she worked as a bus aide, first at the Van Buren County Intermediate School District and later for Kalamazoo Head Start. André was known as a hard worker and was close to her co- workers and cared dearly for the students.
