Life Story / Obituary
Our son Allen Joseph Haase, of Interlochen, was too beautiful for this planet.
Allen has now gone to meet the Lord and will greatly be missed by his loving parents, Chris and Karen, his brother, Bryan, and sister, Jennifer.
We are thankful we had 27 years to share with Allen on earth. Allen will be in our hearts and lives until we meet again. Allen had a beautiful way of looking at life and we will look for him in the beauty of the gardens he planted around our home, each season flowers and trees bloom, and as the seasons change we will forever be reminded of the beauty of life on earth.
Allen had a love for gardening and worked in many restaurants cleaning dishes in Traverse City and cooking at home. Allen worked in the Meijer Greenhouse and as a stocker. He enjoyed working on cars, he did research on the internet and applied his knowledge and skills into fixing almost anything — fixing things was one of Allen’s pastime hobbies.
He was kind and helpful to people around him and will be greatly missed by several relatives and friends both close and afar. Allen is now resting in the hands of the Lord and all who knew him knows how amazing he was and please keep him in your heart and continue to share his life and spread his joy with all.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, Sept. 9 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. The family will greet friends starting at 10 a.m.
