Alex-Michael Springer, 24, of Paw Paw, MI, passed away on August 27, 2019 in Kalamazoo, MI. He was born March 28, 1995 in Paw Paw, MI. Son of Kenneth and Mary (Holland) Springer. Alex attended Paw Paw High School and is currently working to complete his apprenticeship through Glaziers Local 1165, Valparaiso, IN. where he worked for Trout Glass and Mirror. Alex loved fishing, hunting, taking walks, or taking Tierrah and the kids to the park or on spontaneous day trips, anything to get out in nature. He loved Oliver and Arreah as if they were his own and enjoyed making memories with them. He was his best when he was with them, playing, reading, singing and teaching them new things. Alex was excited to meet his new baby girl, Elizabeth Marie and share those moments with her as well. Elizabeth was born on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at 11:41 in Bronson Hospital. She weighed 6lb. 11oz. Alex attended Red Arrow Ministries and enjoyed a longtime friendship with Pastor Ben Bowater. He loved his job and all of the guys he worked within fact, they were more like his extended family. He liked to be prepared for the next job and do proper research on the next project lined up. Alex was the original strong willed personality. He was a fighter and fought many battles throughout his lifetime. He was very proud of his victories and the family was extremely proud of his relentless strength and perseverance. Alex was direct and to the point. He did not mince words. He was a force to be reckoned with! He had a strong work ethic and gave 100 % to everything he did in life. He had an amazing off the cuff sense of humor and loved shock effect. Above all Alex was fiercely loyal to those he cared about and was a champion for the underdog. He would not want us to dwell on our sorrow. He would want us to reminisce, laugh and celebrate his life. Talk as if he is still here with us because he will be, always, in our memories and in our hearts. Alex was an organ donor which speaks volumes for who he was and how much he genuinely cared for others. Surviving are his Parents, Kenneth and Mary (Holland) Springer, Brother, Skyler (Kenzie) Springer, Daughter Elizabeth Marie Springer, Girlfriend and mother of his child, Tierrah Adams, Step Children, Oliver and Arreah Pompey, Grandmother, Barbara Springer, Godmother, Elizabeth Hoburg, and a host of other loving family and friends.
