Adrian Postmus

Postmus, Adrian Hudsonville Adrian Postmus, age 83, of Hudsonville, went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 23, 2015. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Arlene Postmus. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Joyce Postmus; his children, Randy and Debbie Postmus, Ron and Laurie Postmus, Renae and Steve Ouding; his step children, Terry and Autumn Bosch, Deb and Jeff Terpstra; his 17 grandchildren; his 5 great grandchildren; his brother and sister, Tene DeGroot, Art and Grace Postmus; his brothers and sisters-in-law, Elaine Postmus, Gordon and Roberta Klooster, Mary Klooster. Ade proudly served his country in the US Air Force for four years. After leaving the service Ade worked for Alvan Motor Freight for 32 years. He was a proud member of Teamsters Local 7. Funeral services for Adrian will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 A.M. at the Hudsonville Reformed Church, 3950 Highland Drive, Hudsonville, MI 49426, with Rev. Don Van Slyke officiating. Interment Grand Prairie Cemetery in Kalamazoo at 3:00 P.M. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the VanderLaan Funeral Home on Tuesday from 4 to 7 P.M. In memory of Ade's charitable nature his family requests donations be made to the organization of your choice. -
