Jessica Lynn Maynard, age 43, passed away April 17, 2014.
Jessica is survived by her husband, Joe Maynard, and son, David Joseph Maynard. She is also survived by her mother, Janis (Marshall) Rice; father, David (Peggy) Siewert; grandparents, Forest (Helen) Wiley; uncle, James Wiley; dogs, Buddy and Wolfie; and cats, Sassy and BOB.
A visitation will take place Monday, April 21 at 1:00 pm at the Dykstra Mulder Chapel. A memorial service will follow at 2:00 pm.
The family has requested that donations be made in Jessica’s honor to a charity of your choosing.
