Passed away, after a brief disappearance. Born October 16, 1963. Mark was preceded in death by Harriet Gettig (grandmother), Jerry Barnes (step-father to be), Buck Simmons (cousin), and Perry Rankin (step-father). Mark is survived by Barbara Rankin (mother); three sisters, Tammy Rankin, Tonya Cousineau (Dale), Shirley Penny; one brother, Scott Penny (Myra Madison); two nieces, and two nephews. He enjoyed fishing, carpentry, and painting. He was a loving caring man and will be greatly missed.
