Jesse F. Bowman, age 82, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2014 at the Racine Hospice House. Jesse was born in Racine, September 27, 1931, son of the late Jesse and Anna (Nee: Jorgenson) Bowman.

Jesse was a graduate of William Horlick High School “Class of 1950” and furthered his education at Arizona State University and UW-Milwaukee. Jesse was employed as Director of Purchasing by AMC-Chrysler for thirty-two years, last working as an consultant at P & H Harnischfeger Corporation. He was actively involved with the Kenosha Achievement Center. An avid golfer, Jesse was involved with the PGA while employed at AMC and was the proud recipient of the Senior Masters in Racine. An outdoorsman and a huge fan of the Packers, Jesse had a great love for his grand dogs and horses. More than anything he cherished time spent with his family. He will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his loving wife of fifty-one years, Geri; his children, Keith (Paula) Bowman, Linda (Dan) Gonzagowski; his grandson, Joseph Bowman; twin sister, Alice Hudak; brother, Walter (Gloria) Bowman; brother-in-law, William Spreeberg; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Annette Sura.
