William Chapman

OBITUARY:

Died Wednesday afternoon August 8, 2012. William was born March 15, 1923 in Kalamazoo, Michigan a son of William and Frances (Pikkaart) Chapman, Sr. During WWII, he served with the U.S. Navy. He had been a lifelong Kalamazoo area resident and was employed with the Eaton Corporation for 37 years, retiring in 1981. William was preceded in death by his parents; and a sister, Audrey Potgiesser. On May 30, 1964, he was united in marriage to Avis A. (Kinney) Chapman who survives. Visitation will be 6-8pm

Monday. Interment will be in Mt. Ever-Rest Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be
